A building dedicated to a bar and a social place for the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar Town Hall, located in the Sa Coma Sports Center.

It is a multipurpose building on the ground floor, with a simple and repetitive structure of lattice beams and metallic pillars that are partially visible.

The incorporation in the design of a well of ventilation connected to the ventilation and air conditioning system is contemplated as a measure of the most relevant energy efficiency.
