The complexity of the structure will depend on the complexity of the geometry and the structural system. In the case of reinforced concrete structures and / or factories, structures of medium complexity are considered. Large light structures or large overhangs or three-dimensional structures are considered complex structures. Repetitive and simple structures are considered simple structures.
The structures in rehabilitation works will always be considered structures of higher complexity than usual.
The price includes plans, memory of the structure and advice during the construction of the work, as well as the reports and changes in the structure that may be required by an external technical control (OCT).
